Thank you IMS for this. Dr. Langer, my appreciation for your candor about the WHI's shortcomings as well as the WHI's discovery of window of opportunity for HRT for women. If anyone has the credibility to discuss them, it is you (being one of the original principal investigators of the study). After seeing this presentation, my opinion of the WHI researchers has just been profoundly changed from that of rage to understanding.

Oh my God! We save money when women are healthy with their HRT!! I’m on 14 years and loving it! Transdermal estradiol, micronized progesterone and transdermal testosterone. Yummy!

I would argue we need a meaningful treatment strategy for post menopausal woman that includes education and MHT.

But the poor horses are living a horrible life…
