The professional streetlifting program I offer is pretty balanced, so not too biased towards pull. 👌🏻

I wanna start primary and secondary days. If I do example squats is easier to explain. If I do primary day: 1xtop set 2-3xback off sets Then 2-3x leg press And perhaps end with leg extentions. On secondary day I used to do: 3x paused squats. Keeping it like rpe 7/RIR 3. Choosing weights accordingly. Then 2-3x leg press or something rpe 7-8. Based on what I see you guys dont do accessories on secondary days. Should I remove my leg press on my secondary days then?

I can‘t decide that for you, whatever volume works for you. Assistance is a tool, if you more leg press helps you, it’s fine also on secondary days. Remember: primary day needs to feel strong and not fatigued
