hello max, very beautiful home! looks so much larger on the inside. love all of the rooms however the private balcony w/ gas log fireplace looks so romantic😍. large rooms throughout, plenty of closets & storage w/ the large garage plus covered parking for guests. you really delivered & i really enjoyed your tour. this house is worth every penny of the price. take care & stay safe.
I don't know why theses types of communities remind me of the Jim Carrey movie, Truman or a Dr. Suess book, lol!! Guess it's the colorful buildings. Not my style, but a nice house. Thanks Max.
Look at Max trying to walk all those stairs when there is an elevator that works, lol!! You know we wanted to see that elevator. Would they let you come back??LOL!!

Wowza! This house is beyond perfect! Worth every penny. This house would go for 3 million or more in Brooklyn, NY. But would love to have seen the elevator though.
hi max, on tour with you 2 items to mention those kitchen cabinets up to the ceiling nice but you'd need a 12ft ladder to reach for anything! 2 . you showed us the door for the elevator but you didn't use it for us to see what it'd be like if we bought the house come in from the garage up to the third floor ! shame on you that I guess would be a 20 grand extra for it . thanks max for the showing , have a great day
This is an excellent townhome.....I love everything about it...Wish I could afford a loan/purchase a condo or townhome....Hey Max can a person(like myself) get a loan with a clean credit(payed off my debts)/score in 620 range?...if so how lol...
