I pre-ordered it! I don’t care . 89 Batman is the G.O.A.T for me . Ultimate Nostalgia every time I see the color font, characters, symbol , or anything 89 related. This is going to be my center piece .
Love the yay or nay stuff cbris. Would love for you to expand this series maybe cover some trick or treat cosplay stuff. Masks, weapons etc. Or do a cosplayers guide eg. The definitive '78 myers mask.
Instead of the black and gold bat symbol on the base, they should have tried to mimic the sort of stone/concrete symbol from the beginning credits. Think that would have been a lot better. I actually have the 1/3 scale on pre-order. I generally try to keep any figures or statues to 1/6, but Batman 89 is my favorite and I've been really focusing on that for my collection, so I took the plunge. Didn't go for the Bruce Wayne, though. It's bad enough spending the money I am on Batman alone.
Chris i own the 1/2 scale Battle fleck by P1! I bought this holy grail the moment it came out, some years ago The only improvement i would like in this imposing statue is the cape. Do you have any idea where i could order a custom cape which is identical to the source? Especially the pleats area is messed up. If you compare the batman 2.0 by HT, you will see how the cape should be made in the first place! If you could provide some help that would be great! The Keaton 1/2 is super, but the presence and engineering of the BVS bats is from another world... It's so bulky and well made that catches attention right away!
If I had the space and didn’t already preorder the 1/3rd version I’d be on this new one. I mainly collect 1/3rd though and am happy sticking with that.
