The nurses aren't even phased by it, it's just normal, it's not supposed to be an emotional thing. I didn't know why everyone gets so upset about it...

desculpe ser do contra, mas eu não curti nada desse banho. Em primeiro lugar, quem deve dar o primeiro banho é a mãe. Em segundo lugar, na primeira semana de vida não é necessário essa esfregação toda! O bebê não tem sujeira nessa fase, e o vernix é importante para proteger a pele que nessa fase ainda é muito sensível. Todo mundo se acostumou a ver esse excesso de manipulação de recém nascidos seguida de um choro desesperado. As pessoas acham normal de tanto ver o jeito errado, mas não precisa ser assim. Eu falo por experiência própria porque fui bem orientada em relação a isso nas minhas duas primeiras filhas. O banho sempre foi um momento de prazer e relaxamento, nunca um motivo para chorar. Me dói ver um monte de gente inexperiente assistindo a isso e achando que é uma referência a ser seguida.

I have never had a baby. I would have thought she was being abused if I had not seen with my own eyes. It is a wonder we survive childhood. It looks like she was cold. She calmed down when she was dressed. So cute.

I love when people say the nurse is to rough with the baby or why can't the nurse talk to the baby! Well people what do you have to say about this one!!!!! Nurse is wonderful yet baby is SCREAMING at the top of her lungs!!!!! Like I have said, some are criers!!!! They will cry at anything bcuz from a young age they want what they want and if you don't stop they will scream louder! So in most, if not all, cases it is the baby not the nurse!!!! 🙂 It's not abuse, it's not being bad to the child in any way! It's the baby doesn't want or like being touched...it will cry for nothing!!!!! The nurses and doctors must get their job done, in order to move on to the next child. Because, news flash, they DO NOT have only one baby per day!
Though she is very gentle and loving in her handling I do not like her letting the baby cry for minutes while bathing it. Why is it so important to do such a procedure to a newborn seeing and obviously hearing that it does not like it and feels unwell. Sorry, butI just do not understand this...
Agree with you. The prolonged crying may indicate bby was cold or hungry and maybe disliked the touch from the glove . She appeared cold ams ot seemed too long.

as soon as their arms are free, it scares them. in the womb, when they stretch their arms, it touches the inside of the womb where they have belt secure for 9 months. Wrap them up, and all of a sudden there is quiet. love little babies!!
@@majellaoreilly Babies have higher sensitivity to outside temperature - they are more easily cold and/or warm. If you pay attention, the moment she got dressed and warmed up, the baby stopped crying. She began crying when she got undressed for the bath.

Ребёнок не должен так истошно плакать во время купания, детям очень нравится купаться. Вымыла мыльной холодной водой тело и голову и даже не облила чистой водой. Ребенок замерз - вон как дрожат губки, нижняя челюсть ходуном ходит. Ногти большие у медсестры, может травмировать. Бедный ребёночек.

Ребёнок разрывается от плача,никакого удовольствия он не испытывал и это довольно странно,обычно детки любят купаться и вода их успокаивает,а тут просто на разрыв.Ему явно не нравятся эти манипуляции.

Я одна в палате, палец приложила к пульсу сначала , потом зеркало ко рту. Я никогда не видела детей и сразу двое! Гинеколог это увидел - удивился . Я не собиралась детей заводить, а тут трое. Пришлось быстро всему научиться! И папаша денег их не давал, так что мне пришлось реально выживать и кормит трёх пацанов . Так что мировые перемены нам не страшны. Такое , как я пережила ( не буду писать)

Я тоже помню свои первые эмоции.Был и страх,и неуверенность.Но во всех ситуациях выручали бабушки.Для них купание дитя -это был целый ритуал, с которым нас,молодых родителей, знакомили. Поэтому отлично помню, как ребёнка осторожно опускали в ванночку, сначала лодошкой аккуратно лили водичку ,а он так смешно в начале купания замирал в удивлении, тут же расслаблялся и видно было, что просто получал огромное удовольствие от этой процедуры. Купание дитя это были одни из самых приятных минут и для малыша,и для нас с мужем. Поэтому удивлена почему ребёнок плачет,я думала ,что вода наоборот всегда успокаивает.А может его раньше напугали,или температура воды была не комфортная? Мы к этому процессу всегда подходили очень щепетильно.
Мне самой всё пришлось делать. Я просто не нянчилась с племянниками . Сестёр и братьев нет. Когда двоих родила - впервые вообще детей увидела. Я раньше вообще не обращала внимания на чужих детей. Я всё быстро сама по себе начала делать. Ко мне из других палат приходили и просили показать , как пеленать. Я как будто в прошлой жизни работала в доме малюток. В 20 лет я пошла в дом малюток и попросилась на работу- меня не взяли , сказали нет дошкольного образования. Я так хотела быть с ляльками. И после этого , как развернуло меня , я сказала , всё! Никаких детей. Я дирижер хора. Эмоциональный человек. Но судьба дала мне выносить троих пацанов. Никогда не делала аборт. Господь что дал , то я и считаю я должна взрастить. В последствии я работала с трудными детьми, 9-12 лет. У них родители алкоголики и наркоманы. Детство моё тяжелое было, поэтому все трудности для меня и не трудности совсем! И я готова к ещё более тяжелым трудностям , которые выпадут на долб российского народа ещё в течении 15-17 лет!
I appreciate how gentle and caring this nurse is with the little one and she is so thorough being sure that the little on is proprly cleaned. The nurse's arms are so clean, smooth and unblemished. God bless her for caring so well for the little one.

Купала она ужасно ! Ребенка брала не придерживая голову , положила в ванну без пеленки ! Ребенка кладут в воду , завернутого в пеленку , тогда он не пугается воды

When my babies were newborn I was always told to hold off on putting them into a tub of water until the cord dries up and falls off?? I guess things are done differently in other parts of the world. 🤷♀️
Había visto que es opcional, unos recomiendan bañarlo pero secarle bien el ombligo, y otros hasta que el ombligo se caiga por la misma razón de que su ombliguito tiene que estar bien seco, y como no salen los recién nacidos pues no sé ensucian, pero me parece que eso es opcional

Gentle nurse. 🥰 To the know-it-alls who complain about how nurses treat newborns because they're crying like this, now you see that even with the gentlest touch, they're probably going to cry and fuss. It's what newborns do. Also, keep in mind that mom is right there watching the bath.

This nurse is so wonderful with this beautiful baby. She is so professional and gentle with this little one. While watching some of these online newborn videos I am so shocked at how many of them are not gentle at all--if I were a parent and saw their treatment of the baby I would have a fit. I agree with others here --the nurse is the best!
