As a former rider, team mechanic & fan a professional cycling, today was one of those EPIC days that will be remembered forever. It's been a Giro for the strongest, smartest & toughest, every finisher deserves admiration. Today Roglic showed his immense mental strength, aswell as physical. I applaud him 👏
I have never seen Primoz' smile and demeanor quite like that. And his tone of voice to answer questions. Totally relaxed, totally content. I'm really impressed by his aura in this interview. Primoz is always such a gentleman, and so is Geraint Thomas. Epic battle between classy champions 👏👏👏 and Almeida very impressive GC 3rd place.
please take tour de france i wish it from my heart. He pulled slovenian cycling on another lvl and Pogacar is continuing it. I wish my father could see this times of slovenian cycling ❤❤❤❤
I was routing for Geraint but when Primoz had the mechanical I yelled in dismay without thinking about it. I didn't want the outcome to be determined by that so I'm glad he rode so well. Both are great guys and champions, fantastic Giro.
Didnt cheer for specically G or Primoz, im a huge fan of both, and I definately enjoyed this stage!! devastated for G, and Huge Congrats to Primoz, what a ride!
I thought he'd blown it with the mechanical, then when he crossed the line in that time I was gobsmacked... Such a modest, decent bloke, very pleased for him
I like the way roglič races. Smart. Efficient. Leveraging his teams strength. This race would have been different with remco and Tao. Illness and injury are part of the sport. So every win deserves celebration.
