Madame, If you would care to read the judge's finding you will understand that the judge did not find that Mr Morgan either 1; hacked phones or 2. instructed phones to be hacked. Consequently Mr Morgan has denied that he did either of these things. The judge did find from the evidence presented to him that Mr Morgan, as Editor, was aware that hacking was taking place. Mr Morgan has not denied this. He does of course then try and distract from the issue by attacking Mr Windsor. 5one is reminded of similar tactics used by Trump. I am no supporter of the monarchy but I do follow the evidence rather than my prejudice.

I wonder if it were one of us showing up in Court with no proof but only feelings and saying we thought the Court would produce the truth if we would have won any of our claims. I think what he won was solely the items Mirror Group had offered him a settlement of years ago and he turned down as he wanted equivalent to what Prince William settled for despite H only had 9 instances of possible intrusion and Prince William over 200. His lawyer did not make any inroads on the other instances.
