They're use to seeing each other. Royal awkward moments are not the same as it is for us mere mortals. David Rocksavage, Marquess of Cholmondeley previously acted as Queen Elizabeth II Great Lord Chamberlain of the UK. Every new monarch appoints his own Lord Chamberlain of the UK which Charles has done and appointed David Rocksavage as Lord-in-waiting to the King. The inner circle remains the same only the titles change. Or maybe Charles likes the irony and satire of the Cholmondeley and the Wales running into each other from time to time.

He could adjust the robe himself. It really shows how petty he can be like the "pen incident". He couldn't even put toothpaste on his toothbrush, according to his butler. What mother could have raised a child like that even to say she's the queen. Is he being literally spoon fed as well to this age? I wonder if he washes his own butt (sorry to ask but eew) 🤮
