Britain's Prince Harry, who served with the British military in Afghanistan, visited the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Friday, speaking with wounded service members and viewing a demonstration of a computer program that assists with patient rehabilitation.

@@levs1736 meeting Prince Harry was one of the many highlights during my time at Walter Reed. No way any royalty here in the US would were the uniform & serve their country, I have lots of respect to Prince Harry.

despite all the crap he gets he wanted to be a grunt and served .. people knocked him all the time .. he lost his mum as a kid and was genuine with the people he met - always like him

Baraqua Amina Levy-Khan yes I agree but that would still be quite difficult when there’s a whole bunch of secret service agent (who protect any high ranking officials from any country visiting the USA) and a few royal protection officers (armed British police officers who guard any member of the royal family at home and abroad. But they didn’t send as many Royal protection officers as they would normally when a member of the royal family goes abroad because they knew damn well that the secret service would appoint a whole bunch of agents to Prince Harry during his visit)
