This part give context to Henry's reaction in the lake. He felt absolutely vulnerable when Alex told him about the rope atached to his chest, the last piece finally fell down...

@@luiscarracedo7793 his face really does. The panic that overtook Henry's face when realizing what Alex was doing and going to say that he felt couldn't be done because of his position in life was so sad to watch.

With Alex about to declare his love and knowing that the same thing was happening to him, he felt panic because he knew that from his position it was something that was not allowed for him. like when B later asks him 'And what about your heart?'

I'm so glad this was released, the fandom wants as much as we can please! We love these two so much and I get why some scenes were cut but getting to see them like this is amazing. I hope there's a blu-ray release with extras like all these deleted scenes and a commentary, I'd love to hear Matthew, Nick and Taylor's thoughts throughout the film. 😍😍

Heartbreaking and beautiful moment and somehow I understand why they had to delete it, although is the best deleted scene of history! 🥺💔 Taylor is an expert on heart eyes looks and Nick simply ate this scene ❤️❤️❤️

@@roriiv Director Matthew Lopez said it would affect the pacing of the movie. This scene would've appeared right before the lakehouse swim scene. It's understandable as keeping it would have made RWRB crossed over the 2 hour mark. But I still feel sad it was cut. They would've to reshoot anyway as Nick messed up one of his lines (the suit of armor line).
