@@AhbibHaald Are you serious? Assassins Creeds primary functions like the movement in the game are based on prince of Persia. The first assassins creed just sold really well compared to prince of Persia which is why it was discontinued. They are related in a sense that one inspired the other. And one was more successful

the sand of time remake is literally trash , why they don't make a game like this masterpice with nowadays graphics, it will definitely break the world
I loved this game even more than The Forgotten Sands, this reboot had potential, beautiful environments that reminds me games like ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, it's sad that most people didn't like it cause I really wanted a sequel for the price and Elika, DLC only left me more hungry from this.
They made a (chronologically sequel) spin-off DS game which I hope isn't canon, because the way they were going, it doesn't look like they ever want Prince and Elika in the same scene.
@@deadlyerick2692 it's a DS game and a spin-off of the least popular PoP game. Of course, most people don't know about it. Even I don't know much about it. Since I knew they wouldn't continue PoP reboot when I was playing it (I played it very recently... like a year ago at most), I was looking for every bit of PoP reboot's game/story available. That's when I knew about the DS game. I don't know much about the story of the spin-off. All I know is the way prince is going, he is unlikely to meet Elika ever again. And if you have played the epilogue, you probably know that Prince and Elika parted their ways with bitter end.
@@sharif47 yeah, if they want, they can make this story better than their assassins creed games, it has so much potential. They can make this game the next witcher even without the role playing elements

Every one of their games had their own atmosphere, it was something no other studio had at that time. Wanna travel to 12th century Holy Land? - Assassin's Creed. Wanna free the world from immense darkness you have casted randomly (and be totally blown away by the soundtrack)? - Prince of Persia. Wanna be a badass mercenary fighting in a cruel African conflict without an end and discovering the dark side of human nature? - Far Cry 2. Such a good portfolio Well, almost too good...
13 years and still beautiful! It had a subtle beauty to it with not over the top gameplay. Could have been a good series. Shame on Ubisoft to switch from a genuine game company to an "EA" type company.
I loved this game. I loved that period of Ubisoft. Pop and AC at the same time. And back then AC was about beatiful music, story and wonderful characters. There is a reason why everyone regards Ezio as THE protagonist of AC. Now AC has become the reason why POP doesn't exist anymore and AC itself has become a cashcopw and not a game about quality. I really want good AC games again and POP to return. Each game in the production for 5 years, pure perfection. And we have pop and AC games one after the other each taking the spotlight for a few years then stepping down.
I remember playing this game when i was like 8/9 i don't speak english when i was that age, i don't freaking understand what they say, i even took 2 hours to complete the tutorial at the start, ahhhh what memory😁😁
I remember i had this game on Xbox when i was 11 years old and i could never finish the game because it was very difficult for me and I remembered this game again in the pandemic and finally i could finish what i started when i was 11 now that i am 17. This will always be One of my favourite games
So nostalgic... I remember my days when i used to play this game on my PC.... One of the best Game with totally different graphics, story and Gameplay. I still remember how i tries to reach to the highest clif of this game just to have a look of that beautiful world.
I play the game too and I play one or two games a year, it's such a magical game. PlayStation have announced a new Prince Of Persia for January 2024 called Prince Of Persia: The Lost Crown, (this is not the remake of the sands of time that I speak) . This game in the trailer inherits the courses of this game, ie to be able to run on the walls and move with the help of beams, but does not seem to inherit the magic and graphics of this game.
@@skylink-uq9vr yeah, i saw that new game trailer. I'm disappointed for they discontinued the remake of the first game. I finished it yesterday, now I'm playing the 2008 game (this)

SOT was the first 3d game and there are some good fighting moves, combat types, combos, sword techniqes in that game. 2008 POP has different controp but i like that too and there are similar moves when you fight against an enemy, like jumping over atop of them and slash them its the same move from SOT. So the 2 games are kinda different in control but I like them both

i use to play this game when i was younger. never finished, because it was too hard for me. i regret to had sold it to gamestop. what a mistake. i wanna play that game again
were in the exact same boat man. Even though you never die in this game the huge ass world and the bosses were hard as fuck, especially trying to buttonmash at my young age. Luckily i still have the game though, one day ill go back and finish it.
@@videogame3390 i indeed have. Still haven't finished though as I don't have much free time, but I'm slowly playing it. It is much easier than what i remember, the soundtrack and the atmosphere instead are as good as then. 😁😁
@@ironeagle9096 i remember playing this game too on 360 but it was too hard like you get lost because i didnt know english language becz im not english but now i know english ..... so due to nostalgia i started to think about getting this game to try it again...i got lucky and could find one used copy for only 3.43$ and i'm sure that maybe the only copy present in my country....played it and finished it....this game is actually very tedious like your only objective is to collect those blue orbs and fighting each boss four or five times and also when you and elika travel through the blue,green cricle things on the walls like if you do a fuking mistake then you had to do the whole parkor again.....the only amazin thing ab this game is its artstyle which never gets old even after thousand years,,,,the music and artstyle suits the game really well and the world looks pretty beautiful....i think the game makes you mad and less enjoying it but i still like this game,,.
