What the hell. This aired this morning on the Shout MST3K Live channel. Enjoyed every second of it. I love all the Japanese flying saucer movies. They were the best at making flying models look cool. Great use of laser beams and explosions also.
The US dub of this is one of my favorite early toku “guilty pleasure” films, as is the MST3K version 😆 The second of these films (that was _not_ included in this collection for reasons unknown 🤨) does have more sci-fi action, as Prince of Space actually goes… y’know, _into space_ and takes the fight to Krankor’s home planet, even facing off against a giant 😳
