We liked the idea of all these fantastic songs melted together in one big mix. Biggest problem with similar projects is that the audio quality is all over the place, which makes it often hard to enjoy. They all have their own problems (crazy loud, weird mix, VHS copy, audience recording, etc.), especially the First Avenue shows, so mixing those together was quite the challenge. We hope we have achieved a certain level of uniformity that should make it an enjoyable experience. Liberties have been taken with transitions for the mix.
