Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank have enjoyed an afternoon reception inside Windsor Castle's St George's Hall organised by the Queen where the 850 guests enjoyed finger food and wedding cake all washed down with Pol Roger champagne. MailOnline can reveal that during a series of tear-jerking speeches the Duke of York broke with royal tradition to give his new son-in-law a hug in front of the Queen. Jack's speech was ‘filled with devotion to Eugenie’ and he told his new wife she 'lights up his life and makes him feel complete'. Poignantly the father of the bride then waited by the castle door (top left) and held her train (main picture) as she climbed into a rare DB10 Aston Martin with the help of older sister Beatrice (right). Tonight Eugenie's divorced parents will host 'one hell of a party' at the family home, insiders have said. The Royal Lodge has had a fairground set up in the garden, complete with dodgems and a coconut shy and after a wild night tonight the celebrations will go into Saturday, with a 'more relaxed' bash with a 'festival vibe' lasting all day. Prince Andrew and Sarah, the Duchess of York, have brought in the company who helped plan the Beckhams' reception for their daughter's own celebrity-packed royal wedding attended by A-listers including Naomi Campbell, Liv Tyler, Demi Moore, Robbie Williams, Ellie Goulding, James Blunt and Kate Moss. The Queen and the Duke of York have paid for Eugenie and Jack's three wedding parties from their own funds, the Palace has said.

Love this york family. I can tell that they love each other. Yes Prince Andrew and Sarah divorced but they didn't take another to their spouse. nice car, but not very well though out... was rather ridiculous to try shove that gorgeous creation into a sardine can. Would have been far better to reserve the Aston Martin for the evening event... and had another chauffeur-driven Bentley for this exit.

This was such a wonderfully happy natural wedding and there was lots of laugher and smiles and being silly. Exactly what a royal wedding or any wedding should be. Kinda love them for being so relaxed about it all - Meghan and Harry had a lot to prove to everyone and you could feel it on their day. It was pretty but wasn’t like this. Eugenie just doesn’t give a ***t which is so fab!!!

The other day I was watching an old video of the Royals going to church for Christmas at Sandringham. When they arrived, Andrew ran around the side of the car with a little step stool so the Queen Mother could get down safely. Everyone else just walked ahead. He seems like a really sweet guy.

This video should be title "Prince Andrew Acts as Maid of Honor for His Daughter".... so odd to see the FOB - and a royal Prince no less - fussing over his daughter's dress all day. I understand Bea was to make sure her mother did not feel isolated, but at this pint of the festivities, she should have put her bag down and attended to her sister's dress. Prince Andrew was like a nervous 16 year-old girl. Even arriving at the church... he should have let the designers who were there worry about fluffing and fanning the train. Once in the church and Fergie seated, Bea should have acted more like a MOH than a guest. Just odd for royalty.
