Princess by the Forest Pond | Cinematic Studio Series (Score Video) 

Man, you've made my mom cry! I've been telling my mom (A classically trained musician) virtual orchestra's are reaching very close to realism, and she wouldn't believe me, so I played her this, and it's safe to say she's convinced now.

Mate, I think this is the first recording I’ve come across by any composer (professional or otherwise) whose mockup doesn’t sound like a plasticky, MIDI-esque imitation of the real thing. (maybe an orchestration which had actual effort put into it helps, IDK). As it sounds now, this could be an underscore for any big-budget Hollywood production, and I wouldn’t raise an eyebrow. Shows how far technology has come. I achieved some great results with layering CCS and CCS solo, but nothing close to this. I would actually pay money for an in-depth tutorial on how you produce. Do you input the instruments one by one by hand (by that I mean keyboard) into the DAW?

This is well done and the overall writing and mixing is great! I'm getting some slight Ravel vibes from this!

Karl's compositions should be listened to all over the world, they are of an impressive sensitivity and knowledge!

A masterpiece by all standards. Perfectly recapitulates what makes romantic era and early film music so excellent. Beautiful. And the sound library is great too.

This piece is just... wow, no words for this inspirational composition, it has a very fairytale-like feel and very romantic with a very pure melody. The end feels very inspired by Holst; The Planets; Venus. This is a very fenominal piece of music for this time period. Make sure to keep striving!

I've always found that using scoring tools limited the full potential of the samples and made it sound too robotic. Can you please let me know how you achieved such a natural flow? Is the music we are hearing here performed by the scoring tool (which one?) or did you use a separate DAW for the performance and then scored it? Thanks www.youtube.com/@JanLindenMusic/videos

I usually layer CSS with CSSS, and sometimes have tried with other people to add Pacific in longs, but never got it to sound quite like you. Do you use standard mic mix or tweak it a bit?
