i thoroughly enjoyed the series because i never read the books…but Henry Cavil is a huge witcher fan, and like they said jn many interviews hes like their witcher bible so im assuming they did a fabtastic job at bringing this world to life

It is supposed to be an adaptation of the book. she has nothing from the books. Most of all she was younger, about 13 years old. When Tris arrived. She was playing with Coen. The sword was practiced with Labert. She learned about potforces with Vesemir. Jenefer taught her magic at the Meltele temple. In the temple, she learned, among other things, the older language, the language of the Elves. where is it all ?!

The only thing they did well was the casting of Geralt and good fights. Jaskier and Ciri are okay...but the rest of the casting has been a disaster.

@@whutzat No!!! The actress who plays Ciri is just too old for Ciri. Ciri was a much younger child when she met Geralt. It is important because he is to be her father, and how is he to be her father when she looks like an adult and does not act like a scared, confused child. All she does well is screams. Probably that's the main part of her role. Does not build any relationship either with Geralt or with other witchers or with Jenefer. They look like buddies, not like father and daughter, the same goes for Jenefer

@@whutzat So what if she looks like Ciri does not act like a child. Cintra doesn't exist as she knew it. During the battle, the last person in the family dies (because Ciri thinks her father is dead). He sees the slaughter of his people. Somewhere far away is the brother and nephew of her adoptive grandfather. Every night she sees the slaughter of Cintra in a dream and she is afraid. After some time, Geralt comes to pick her up and for the first time Ciri does not feel fear because there is a witcher with her who will protect her from both people and the monster.
