@@millalove_ when have they said that? Michael did say they became really close and used to call each other late in night to talk but never heard about what u said? im just curious lmao
Apparently Michael wanted to marry her, they spoke about it on the phone a lot as well as like crying on the phone to each other about the pressure of the media and just life in general. Also if you see the video of Diana meeting Michael, he said in an interview or one of Di’s close friends said that Charles kept getting jealous because she was talking to him for a while, crusty charles really like crusty camilla, who btw is so BUTTERS it’s a pandemic in itself
The fact she didn't arrange for the park to be emptied out just for her and the family says a lot. Despite being in the Royal family, having bodyguards, being followed by paparazzi, having a bunch of strangers watching her, she still wanted her boys to have as close to a normal life as possible. Which is one of the reason why I love her. The fact she would put on a disguise to take her boys out shopping, going on the subway, and other local transportation. I love that. Which is what she passed on to her boys to be humble and down to earth.
I loved Princess the way she brought up her boys with such a loving and caring boys and she mellowed the way she treated the Queen with such respect. God bless you always Princess you always were a beautiful and kind Lady and taught your sons well GOD BLESS.
@@lucybunwa5833 Diana's parents had a vicious divorce when she was a young child. Her mother cheated and left her dad for the guy and her dad won custardy of her and her siblings. Diana's older sister apparently had a drink problem and an eating disorder , Diana also had bulimia as well. She had a tough upbringing she went to boarding schools away from home as well and not all kids handle that well.
I absolutely love the fact that she made them queue/wait in line like everybody else. No special VIP treatment. No park escort to get them in faster. This is why we love the princes today.
She was standing in the queue as a normal visitor, no aggressive body guards around, having fun with the kids, smiling & smiling. We miss you, Princess.
Imagine losing your fun parent and be stuck with the boring one. Charles would never have done this with them. His idea of fun is picking up litter! 🤦♂️. Those poor boys must still miss their fun loving mother.
They'll miss her every day. But they'll know that she's looking down from heaven and smiling at them. They will always feel her presence everywhere they go.
Charles was the one who had the balls to take Harry on a tour of a drug addiction clinic and told him to take a good look at where he was headed if he didn't stop using cocaine. Everyone forgets that Diana's death left Charles as a single dad, and to his credit he stepped up pretty well.
That's what people struggle to understand. They say it's Meghan's fault. He is probably tired of having his wife called racist slurs by racist tabloids it
@Jo Lupone you sound white, because someone white won't be able to tell. You don't live it. Any person of color who have actually experienced modern racism, the type that is subtle, micro aggression, can tell that yes, they were very very racist to Meghan. Just see the way she does everything wrong for the same thing Kate is doing but Kate is praised. Just look at how you think it's ok to call her a whore, money grubber when you don't know her and yet Kate somehow isn't like that?
There’s nothing wrong with spoiling children there just needs to be boundaries on what’s allowed and what isn’t allowed, that’s where some parents mess up.
I don't know how true this is but I read Thorpe Park offered to close for the day for Diana and the boys and she said no and got in line with everyone else
Love it. For a while, I thought the little boy was a nephew or some family member. But I just found out he's actually her butler's son. Love that he's not even a blood relative, but she treats him as if he was. Kidding with him and carrying him on her back as if he was her kid. Gotta love her.
The boys don't have friction with each other, that's just rubbish made up by the tabloids. Anything that quotes "a royal insider" or "a pal" is tabloid-speak for "we made it up"
William is like his mom, doing his duty quietly, being kind with everyone, amazing family man while Harry always had lots of scandals, attacking and damaging his family through media just like Charles dad.
@@JKU109 Hmm, I seem to recall Diana giving a famous interview to Panorama just as Harry gave an interview to Oprah? I also seem to recall Diana giving her approval for Andrew Morton's book Diana: Her True Story just as Harry gave his approval for the book Finding Freedom. I think there are more similarities between Diana and Harry than you realise.
Indeed, thanks to that beautifull woman, respect for her : her two sons are adults and have a happy family and beautifull childrens (for William) and she has learned to them to appreciate fun, Macdonald, Thorpe Park and a lot of funny things ordinary people make with their children. Charles has never been very present to them.
Yeah why would you take a child to slaughter ? And make them kill other creatures when they probably don’t even have the understanding of what they are doing
Probably cause Diana just wanted them to live a normal childhood and have round about the same advantage as other kids there age compared to Charles who was just following what everyone in line was telling him to act like
I know, right! Despite her being one of the most popular women in the world. She's dressed up in casual clothes and blended in with the crowd. While they were waiting in line for the tea cup ride, some who were standing next to her did recognize her. She smiled and greeted them, then parks general manager who was with her through out the video talked to them to smooth things over, probably also told them to not spread the word. But by the time they were on the log ride, word did spread, and people and more photographers began following them. There's a video on here titled "Diana i at the Park - full video," where it goes into detail about their experience at the park.
@@mattbernabe : Isn’t it a shame that she couldn’t get any respit from the media? She could never be left alone, especially with her kids. I enjoyed seeing stories about her when she was at a public event, but I always felt such discomfort knowing that she was hunted even in private parts of her life, most surely when with her children.
It's nice to see a woman laughing while she is in deep pain inside.. this is what a motherhood can do despite with all challenges in her life she must be strong for her children..
Diana was in such a good mood that day. She did the best she could of of making sure her sons were grounded in reality, and I think that saved them as adults.
2023 may 10th Greetings well wishes and respect to all from san Jose california This video always cheers me up. Bittersweet but genuine happy memories shared to all. She is always loved, admired and missed.
3:34 the best video ever, that’s how I remember princess Diana happy , laughing with William & Harry they were her world 😅Can’t wait to see the brothers together next year !!!
And the fact that Princess Dianna was so humble… She tried to pick up the raft at the end to return it herself. I believe she’s the only human in that hierarchy
I'm glad she got to live in an era where mobile phones still weren´t possessing people, even tho media was like a hawk, at least she didnt have iphones up her face wherever she went. Lovely woman.
The best moments of the video: 0:36 That tapping and her turning around 3:18 Bestest of smiles. 3:32 Her true, bubbly laughter she rarely let out. 3:38 too. 4:08 William trying to get the water out of his ears and Harry's "mummy, can we do it again?" 4:16 Diana telling them to watch the next group in the slide 7:28 That mamma and son cheer :) 8:09 Looking so precious, getting the giggles at others sliding. 9:32 Holding the butler's son on her back She looks the happiest she's ever looked in this video. No too many cameras and lights, no fancy clothes or glamour, no postures and forced smiles. Just a natural mamma having the time of her life with her boys. So in her element. (Also notice how the butler is having a blast! lol)
This is true happiness she was having the best best time ever with her kids. Sad she never got to raise them and be at their weddings or other stuff. She seemed like a really caring and loving mom.
She gave love but did not recive it bless you Diana a beautiful soul I miss you so much this video of her is a great example of what a genuine person this lady was 🌹
it truly brings tears to my eyes when i think of prince harry and prince william watching these old clips of them and their mother. it must be heart wrenching for them…it’s heart wrenching for me. i cant imagine how they would feel. they way i see genuine happiness, laughter, and comfort they feel when they’re with their mother, im sure they miss her very very much. it’s obvious despite of everything she was going through she just wanted to give her boys the childhood they deserved. i truly admire princess diana for the strength she displayed. yes, i know i don’t know them personally, yes i know they come from a family or colonizers and what not, but it’s hard for me to look past the fact they were just kids when their mother was snatched from them. harry and william, i hope you heal
She was a good woman. Kind, empathic, loving. The real deal. Not to forget, an amazing mom to her sons. She tried to teach them right. That's why everyone loved her all over the world. The outpouring of love from the public thousands upon thousands of flowers, cards sent when she passed, showed the impact she had on people. She will forever be Queen Diana, Queen of Hearts. May she RIP♥️
Fantastic video. Shows clearly how great woman she was and how lucky her sons were as kids of the princess to have her as a mother. Harry is more like her nowadays. I wish him the best . RIP Diana.
Remarkable and joyful. It's nice to know despite the occurences they were facing, she managed to pick herself up and brought the best for two boys. And their cousin as well. People's princess.
Diana was an actual g, for dressin them boys up with the fashion, this is literally my favourite outfit of hers, apart from the black dress, that was GANG
God, she was also happy with everyone and very attentive and protective. She was a unique queen, a great mother. How sad when we see these videos with her friends and her children
Amazing to see part of the royal family just being normal people. Watching the future King of England just being a normal child is amazing to me. I am around Prince William's age, and this brings back so much nostalgia for the 1990's. Such fond memories of that decade.
Their expedition is a moment of happiness, in family, with bodyguards, butler's children, I am sad to think she is gone for 21 years. Where was Charles at this moment ? Taking good time with Camilla! :-/
