Princess Kate was seen shopping with Prince William for the first time since surgery. The video obtained by The Sun newspaper shows Princess Kate with Prince William shopping at a farmer's market near Windsor Castle. She appeared to look upbeat and carrying a shopping bag. The 40-year-old neighbor who shot the brief clip is assuring everyone it's the real deal. However, the conspiracy theories will not go away. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.

I had a gangrenous appendix removed. I was home after 5 days and felt perfectly fine. You also have no idea what kind of surgery she had.
