According to that entry, she was born in 1981. The upside is, according to that website, there has not been a single child born or adopted in California with the mother's maiden name Markle (if a child is adopted, a new birth certificate is issued with the adopted parents' names replacing those of the birth parents, so even if they adopted a child or had a surrogacy contract, there would be that type of revised birth certificate).
