Another thing I ran into is bad media. I do a finger rub test on the paper media. If you can see white dust on your finger tips.. it could be bad media. Mostly for cheap label paper for Lexmark printers..

Hi, i get a squeak squeak sound only when i push the print button data sent from computer. Sounds seems to be reg pulse speed of say the paper travel. Checked the motors and gears on said of machine and turned toner carasel by hand and cant get any squeak. So is it in the I/C, the inside rollers or transfer belt for the image? or the fuser gears and those rollers. I might have to get in to the unit and try to find noise. i avoid the I/c as i want to avoid drum exposure being the organic type- i keep that under a blanket to keep light out.
I have a Hp LaserJet enterprise MFP M632 printer that keeps jamming at the fuser unit. i got a fuser replacement immediately but the problem persisted. i went further to to run an onboard diagnoses, came across a ''paper path sensor" but the printer said its unreachable. could this be the problem to why the media keeps jamming at the fuser ?
