I thought for the question about delegating to UAP, 3 is false because Mr. B is "newly admitted" and I learned initial vital signs should only be performed by the RN so only 5/6 patients the UAP could do

If I can provide one feedback, I think it would be helpful to keep the first slide listing all the patients and their issues on the screen above the questions. The audience may get more out of the questions by referencing that first slide.

For the question regarding what to do first with the prescribed order for Mrs.J, I thought when the patient is in distress (acute angina) to not “assess”? Is that only pertaining to distress with the ABC?

for the question about which intervention would be completed first for Mrs. J, who was experiencing Chest pain, i went with choice 4 not because of their blood work, but because of the electrocardiogram part. I was thinking if a patient was having chest pain, the EKG would be able to provide instant results on whether the patient was having a heart attack or not, because those results would be instantaneous, but i know the blood work to check for things like troponin would take a while, but i was looking at the EKG. Isn't taking a ECG a part of assessment data as well? so i was thinking do EKG first, then vital signs, but i understand the rationale behind your explanation.
