If the difference is not really much we would want to put Hassan above Shimoga. If the difference in quality is considerably big, then we'll stick with the guidance you posted here. Liked ur priority list ,but y u mentioned few govt colleges last due to teaching staff .Even in yadgir is facing same problem with no regular staff since v r frm gulbarga .
