Late 20’s….? Elvis was 24 when he met her. This was in the 50’s, when it was not uncommon to get married when you were 15-16 years old. Priscilla has stated numerous times that he didn’t touch a hair on her, i.e. until they were married. She wanted to consummate their relationship, in other words, have sex with him, long before they eventually got married. He was adamant that they should be married first. Almost every woman that he had an affair/relationship with, has stated that he was more interested in talking, than the actual physical thing.
Or she just saying that so she can keep making money on her estate and the Elvis Graceland won’t be boycotted and Elvis dubbed a pedophile. Even if they did do something, woman is 70 something and has clearly never felt like a victim yet people speak for her like she groomed. If she was groomed, she’d have long enough time to realize it was wrong by now. This was over 50 years. So people really got to let this ship be as no harm appeared to be done unless we keep pathologizing her and speaking on her behalf. I mean nowadays it not allowed for good reason but understand not everyone is the same. When I was a minor, I was talking to adults and initializing communication with older men between the ages of 14-17. Not okay. And I look back and see how I behaved was inappropriate but not everybody is the same. But overall I do think it’s important for adults to only interact with adults and teenagers to only interact with teenagers and peers their own age.

Elvis had 9 medical conditions for which he took meds to treat them. Asking a sick man to get help getting off the meds is ludicrous. He needed them to function and live. He died from one of these medical conditions, valsavar maneuver which caused a heart attack. Likely, as a private person he never told Priscilla about the extent of his illnesses. He did tell his true confidants such as Kathy Westmoreland. It is a shame that Priscilla still has her head in the sand about his death. She should read Destined to Die Young by Sally Hoedel. She researced his medical records and medical history dating back to childhhood until his death. Facts are facts and are not speculative opinions or gossip. Elvis was very sick in his last months. He was bloated due to water retention and not fat. The truth should be told about everyone including Elvis.

When two people decide to divorce, it is not a sign that they "do not understand each other", but a sign that, at least, they have begun to understand each other. Family is family and is not determined by marriage certificates, divorce documents and adoption documents. Families are made in the heart. The only time the family becomes null is when these ties in the heart are cut. If you cut these ties, these people are not your family. If you make these bonds, these people are your family. And if you hate these ties, these people will still be your family. Elvis and Priscilla continued to be family, they were much more united, after their divorce. All the people around said that!!!

They left out alot of stuff from this movie. Including allegations of racism, sexual misconduct, real bad substance abuse, and infidelity. His years of affair with Margaret Ann while he was married. Elvis got involved with Priscilla when she was only 14. They didn't mention that. Pricilla was not the only one either. Lisa and Pricilla was trying to keep his image clean with this movie. But their lives took different paths. He had a career of a lifetime to live and Elvis loved all beautiful women. He wanted Priscilla to stay at home while he traveled the country doing shows. His affairs with every co-star was never hidden. He was a beautiful loveable man. We still love and miss Elvis.
Priscilla has taken enough over all these years from Elvis. They were divorced. She's had numerous relationships and has a son by one relationship that lasted 20 yrs. Elvis fans see no reason why she should be representing Elvis. She kept Lisa out of running everything so she could be the face of Graceland. Priscilla hadn't spoken to Lisa in 8 years prior to her death. Lisa wanted her children to run Graceland. Not her mother. That was her dying wish that Priscilla is trying to squelch. She wants to run everything. At 78 she is not the future of Graceland Riley Lisa's daughter is. Priscilla has taken this to court and on 5/15/23 there will be a hearing Hopefully she will be out and Riley will be in.

There is a more recent Jonathan Ross show from this year, and you can see the difference now that she is 77 years old. I was 17 when Elvis died and it was earth shattering! Most people knew where they were & what they were doing when they heard Elvis died. There's never been any performer as captivating since Elvis! He had more charisma than any performer I've ever watched!
