10:15 -- ah, Fanatka Kirkorova means "Kirkorov's fangirl"! Filipp Kirkorov (keer-core-of) is a Russian pop singer with a heyday in the 90s/00s, something of a cross between Ricky Martin and Army of Lovers. Some folks joke that he started a new genre called kircore (too hardcore for rock and metal fans!). And fittingly for his name, he actually has a song about being a vampire ("Летучая мышь"). So yep, very appropriate for a deck full of black-clads.
I wanted to make work an idea with Pendant + Sihil + Alzur, but I always get provision problems. Maybe now that Madoc + Dragons has become something succesfull, including Sihil and Pendant could amplify the thing.
This deck 😘👌 I’ve tried a different version with the Naiad and Merigolds Hailstorm, couldn’t get enough control though. I like your version, getting Whisperer with Pendant in one turn then triggering Orb is so cool. Plus you’ve got more control cards like Wolfsbane and Wiley, works really well. Great content man, glad you’re still going!
I also tried Naiad and Hailstorm is the best value you can get off Pendant, it just takes too long for the opponent to get enough units for the 40 Bleeding to really do enough. I considered running a 2nd Whisperer to make the combo more consistent, but she can really struggle to find value sometimes. Only thing I wish I could've fit was a lock and purify, but they don't really fit. I did consider Aguara instead of Wiley, but Wiley turned out to be way better than I expected.
