prison manwich sandwich meat i used was turky slices cheese wiz jelly or peanutbutter 2 slices fryed toast 1 layer from ramer per 2 toast meat based on what slices have balogny is what most get in prison for sandwiches
ill try it again some day ramen fell apart some should stay together called for peqanut butter and jelly some kind meat wasent bad not sure id whant ramen for lunch and dinner cheap meal none less
