Lersonally I think the prisoners can be better off with a program like this to follow....they would be less frustrated and thus, less inclined to overpiwer those guards....but here is a thought.... maybe the guards should leave the pink dunbbells at home and join the program, so the prisoners wont overpower them.. ...
Imagine if they posted the podcast on RU-vid still,the amount of reach they would get would drastically increase pretty silly to post audio only to Spotify and small clips on RU-vid
Hey y’all I’m a novice with barbells and am just starting out using the blue and grey books and all the RU-vid tutorials. I cannot even get into the squat position y’all teach without having mid back pain even without the bar. I’m guessing it’s a thoracic mobility issue and I’m over extending my low back and causing a bit of a “pinch” but I’m curious what I can do to fix this? Thanks y’all so much
