🌴 Hello Simmers! Welcome to another video of live build & tour a house but this time it's a Private Island Villa. It has that romantic and relaxing vibes in it since it only has one bedroom. It's suitable for your lovely sims couple! Don't worry, the floor plan is also included.
🌹 There are NO GLITCHES done here so have fun rebuilding it! Btw, I don't mind if you guys wanted to recreate this house design of mine in your lovely sims town 'cause sharing is caring.

This is beautiful can you explain how you did the first level? When I try to do the balcony part it says I have to be on a second floor or higher

U need to add floor first. Click on floor construction.

I think I’m getting confused on the pool part also because it only lets you place on the ground so I need to do any glitches for this build?

Build on an empty private island. Not on the one with platform. Demolish the lot & u'll notice that there are 2 options

It was from Missing Claus Christmas Seasonal Quest. Tiny hole? Oh, that's the whole chimney. It was made that way.

You can get the door from poolside paradise house for free or from online pack too. The windows used are from spa event & the other windows were available on mystery box shop years ago.

Try building it on the empty private island. If you demolish the house, you’ll notice there are 2 choices.

Simtasy Monica Yh I demolished all of it, including the thing it stands on. So when I go to add rooms it’s red and won’t let me do it

Demolish the lot, not the rooms. Then build a new one, an empty lot, which without platform. If the probs still occurs, leave the lot and reenter usually fix it.
