@@whydotheraiderssuck well there’s marketing, understanding what’s happening in market, network is key ( who you know in business and social), problem solve when shit hit the fan, work all hours, & tons of more randomness But in reality, a buyer & seller can buy without an agent as if you have a choice buying a car from dealership or private. These days there are more off market deals happening. So the future could be just that, cut off middle man to save costs as margins of profit wll be small down the road
@@jinnij.caiman I live here, San Jose. I have homeless people who come pee on my neighbor's tree and scream about killing people. Three cars have been stolen on my block. Cops even looked for a guy in my backyard recently at 4 AM. I'm not saying where I live is like Oakland, but my "nice neighborhood" has been getting worse. The criminals like to go to the nice neighborhoods to strike, then leave & come back another night.
I’m getting ready to sell my single wide condo in the Apalachicola National Forest which is two stories if you climb on the roof……sometimes Bigfoot stops by along with the grandsons….
Wow was that an amateur walkthrough. THe woman is dressed really unprofessionally with such a short skirt. The dude seems like he is a just there. I would suggest anyone use these two to sell a house.
I love when people said "who cares" about stuff they dont care about but in reality they know people care. Example who cares about Taylor Swift. I dont but i know millions do.
