In this episode, we visit Patong for a private cooking class. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the class, the teacher and the experience. First, we went to a market to get fresh ingredients. Then, we cooked Tom Yum Goong, Gang Massaman Ghai, Pad Thai Goong and Mango Sticky Rice (Khaow Neaw Ma Muang). Our teacher was charismatic and funny, and we had a fantastic experience.
