Ma'am, you are good teacher tho the content on your channel is limited and unorganized. Please stick to one course for a while make playlist for that. For ex make a playlist for 5 acts with subject to ca foundation there are huge requirement of Law for ca foundation, everyone is teaching in vague manner to sell their course indirectly, they make incomplete playlists to confuse us and then after 15 videos they start asking for money tho they have started the course for free...

Khwaja Muhammad Khan vs Husaini Begum 1910 Facts: There was an agreement between a boy's father and a girl's father that if the girl married his son then he would pay certain personal allowance to the girl. Subsequently, the girl married to his son but he failed to pay her the allowance as promised. The girl then sued him to claim the allowance. But the defendant (boy's father) contended that she being a stranger to a Contract cannot sue and that his (boy's father) contract was only with the girl's father. Held: The girl was entitled to claim the same as a beneficiary. This case Law is basically covered under exceptions (Under a trust, beneficiary can sue) to Privity of Contract.
