I had worst experience ever. Had booked ac servicing and repairing service. Post that the bill came around 3800 INR. And I was promised 180 days warranty period. Now again I am facing same issue with the same ac. While I tried to book slot, they do not assign any technician. Keep on extending slot. Escalation process says they will reach out in 24 hours. And the next available slot for technician is after 6 days. Strange enough, I tried to book for a new service of ac from another account on same address, it shows technician is available next day. Do not fall for the corporate outlook they showcase. They have zero delivery post payment. This app and company should be blacklisted.

My request to you all please don't use this app, the service of this app is very bad .. Nowadays If you book any service, they will send unprofessional people who are not qualified and we can't trust random strangers who are coming in our house to be safe. In our case the service person did not do a proper job, charged us more than what was necessary, he claimed to have fixed the problem but it reoccured within the span of 3 days and the urban company refuses to give us a refund.
