She now stays in Mumbai, so does she become a Marathi? Lata Mangeshkar was born in Indore, MP, so did she become an MPian? Shreya wasn't even born in Rajasthan.
This is India where one can stay in any corner. That doesn't mean that she/he becomes native to that area or her familial roots belong to that place. Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, both were born in MP, but are Marathis.
