Hets D I am Indian too. What I believe is that there is never a right time to promote war, it is always the correct time to call out for injustice. Priyanka was speaking with full pride which is often a factor in patriotism, she was praising the armed forces when they were harming innocent families and TVs were hiding the true events. I get it, her parents are army’s doctors so she has been drawn to be blind at the actions of the Indian Army. She has her opinion, she said it really rudely. Her opinion brought harm as her many followers who see actors as their idols trusted her and did not speak against injustice or the current situation in Kashmir. She was to be pinned and have the consequences of what she promoted. I do not believe that someone’s career should be ruined in one event, but her ideas were dangerous and unthoughtful so she needs to think through and apologise like a UNICEF Ambassador should. She should know that pride in adults blinds you more than love in youths.
