Honestly we Indians are blessed with thick long hair . But still giving you guys some tips , * Use sunflower oil for ur hair other than coconut .. if u have rosemary Essential oil , 2-3 drops of that oil add to sunflower oil .. and massage on your skull. * Stop playing with your hair with colours , use wigs .. cause what ever they say about colours will not harm ur hair . LIES ! Effects the keratin layers of ur hair , ruins it. So plz don't use colurs. Stop using heats , embress ur natural hair ! Or if u r using heat , apply heat protector , serum , do spa every month. Give deep conditioning to your hair. Use sulphate and parabeen free shampoo .. eat at least one fruit every day .. and 1 lemon .. every day. . And don't use hot water on ur hair.
