Well, there was 150 years of Turkish occupation in Hungary, we took some words from Turkish of course, but otherwise the two languages are quite different. The funny thing is Turkish people think about us as brothers, while they decimated the population in many areas and ruined our castles. It's ok, it is history now, it was 300 hundred years ago. I like that you think about us as friends. . :)
