So apologies for the long video, ive been having gopro issues so I kind of just compiled what i got from a week with the pro boat. Ive been watching so much @IRONCLADRC videos i subconsciously started saying full trigger so i gotta knock that off cause its his thing... but if your wanting to learn alot about boats i suggest checking him out, this being my first go fast boat his videos helped me get knowledge under my belt before i set out on the maiden.
Run 1 HRB 6s 6000 60c (with recovery) All Stock
Run 2 Yowoo 6s 6000 100c graphene all stock 14:45
Run 3 Yowoo 6s 6000 100c graphene w/ Oxidean 4519 19:36
Run 4 Yowoo 6s 6000 100c graphene w/ oxidean 4519 hot swap pack 24:48
So I love the boat, its not really a true deep V but it cuts pretty good, handles some chop. It likes a big single 6s pack (800g ish) all the way back. I ran a 6s 4000 graphene and its a little more nimble with the turn fins down, 2 3s 5200s 100c didnt yield the speed I wanted and the run times were the same as a single large 6s pack.
If your using a loop connector on a single pack get a genuine ARMA / Spektrum... the boat is trimmed to run alot of the hull in the water for stability and it pulls a shit ton of amps... you will destroy an amazon ec5 jumper (yeah i got that on camera) lol.
Id suggest the 4519 prop for a more responsive feel and to get on plane quicker, trim tabs can get pulled up for some more speed but be careful pushing the battery too far forward to compensate as you can end up submarine style real quick if the bow takes a dive.
