Actually, "inoculate" is correct in this context. One of the Oxford definitions of inoculate: "introduce (cells or organisms) into a culture medium. " Yes, Brad frequently uses the wrong word or mispronounces a word, but in this case he is completely right. I wouldn't expect any less out of _the_ fermentation guy.
