He said he has a secret tune in the steering. He didn’t say the exact measurements but he said at full lock the inner wheel has positive camber so it creates drag. Maybe you could try to do that on your drift car as an experiment and film it for us. I’d imagine it helps the car stay turning in while drifting

I run my camber so at 3/4 lock the camber is 0 then goes into positive for the last little bit, not sure how much it helps as the drift days I do they wet the track and most entries are at like 20mph so it's basically slow motion drifting, would be nice to see how a semi pro thinks it makes a difference 🤔

James is definitely the best drifter in the world as far as competition standpoint goes. but as far as all out best driver it’s hard not to pick naoki, dude has the biggest balls to huck it harder than anyone into any corner 😂

A couple months ago when u said try to lay off the handbrake for learning that's what I did and I didn't even get a handbrake until I had learned skandi-flicks and clutch-kick and when I got a handbrake I barley even used it and this is for my sim btw so thanks for the advice

Deane has one other S14 (the Falken car), wouldn’t say all his builds are carbon copies for sure. Before the 14 he competed in an RX7, he has the euro fighter and his S15.

You'd be surprised on how many young guns like Conor Shanahan ( at that time he was 14 ) beating James Deane in comp, alot of young drivers ( age of 16+ ) really dedicated for drifting

Wall Stadium is being Paved over for apartments I believe. It’s sad that they replaced it with yet another boring banked oval layout. At least wall was interesting and allowed a lot of angle and style.

He builds his own cars at home in Cork with his Brother. So he knows exactly how the cars feels and knows how to set it up to be a winning car. Piotr Wiecek is a great driver but doesnt build. Conor Shanahan won RDS this years in a super point winning title. If James Deane is running RDS for 2022, I bet he will win it.
