When deciding my rap name I wanted to be Sol.Luna , I looked it up, heard this song and fell in love with it but was disappointed because I thought Sol Luna was an artist, so I couldn’t use it, until about about a year later, I realized it was the name of the song so now I’m Sol.Luna 😅 *no I didn’t get my name from the song*
Goddamn son......this shit came out during my motherfucking senior year of high school!! As a matter of fact, Christmas of '13, bout to go into 2014 real soon! I was 17, WILDING with my boys! We still are to this day, we are like brothers nowadays but anyways I was alllll up in those girls at my school man. I had their bodies hot man, DEAD ASS! Brown skin all up in my mouth on those BRUTUALLY COLD winter afternoons after school, evenings or at nights on the weekends when i didn't have my moms and stepdad over. They would go off to a Ohio Players concert for the evening and id be all up in the guts of some girl from school. Us 3 ran shit when it came to those beautiful young, sprung shorties. I had my first car, an 03 black on black Acura TL TYPE S with the 20% tint all around and 2 Rockford Fosgate P3's! I was bumping this shit a lot back then! It felt so good not to take the bus that 2nd semester of high school. Those Mcdonalds shifts paid up big time because I loved that car. It defined my character at the time. I live in Chicago and it was on the verge of being the 3rd coldest winter in history, with 80+ inches of snow, 6 cold days, 4 snow days and the whole 9. Lake Michigan was 85% frozen and mannn I was sparking sooo many memories to this song. Then the tape came out in February of '14! But before Secc Tape 2, this song and Two Lips were my SHITTT! I miss 2012-14 P.E. man! They done split up and now rapping on remix beats from Metro! I love me some trap but damn bro, nothing was touching P.E. back when 1999, Aprocalypse, Summer Knights, Thee Way Eye See It and Secc Tape 2 dropped. Sad how those days are gone. Even the freshmen's I had looking up to me graduated this year in '17. That whole entire group of kids in that school graduated and grew up. Time flys! I haven't heard this song since 2015 and boy does it feel good to hear it again for the one time.
