She was pissed off when he said (for the purpose of making the prank credible) she was playing off tune when he was faking the bad guitarist performance, she was upset so because he was the one to be rude (faking it) against her at first, so her mind was closed at this moment. It was re-open when she saw it play very well at the end, and more when she learn it was a prank (showing that what he said about her voice tune was for the prank purpose too). For a musician, professional ones ever more, saying we play off key/tune is one of the worse insult, as it is a beginner/amateur error.
