I've played alot of games and it's one of the best of all games not just FF its really good

It is my favourite FF soundtrack, and I played everything from VI to XVI except for XIII and XIV.

​@@simonredforce it's hard to think of a ff song i DISlike, however, 14 is for sure up there in the "heavenly soundtracks" realm i recommend - holy shit Please try very hard to find a way to hear them spoiler free, if you are just trying to sample the songs first - through the maelstrom, a land long dead, with hearts aligned, a long fall, wayward daughter, the black wolf stalks again, shadowbringers, and heroes (they are all on spotify if that's an option as it's unspoilable there) off the top of my head these ones stood out for being a godlike vibe one way or another

There's a few heavy metal covers of the song on RU-vid that are pretty popular. I'm not typically into metal music but they sound really good. Whoever wrote them for some reason thought "you know what this song needs? It needs to be MORE intense!" lol

@@PlagueJ I know the weight something that holds man, video game music is near and dear to my heart but Soken was already pretty much the best in the business as a body of work and this is his masterpiece to me. Nier, Xenogears, Chrono Trigger, many Final Fantasy's, the list goes on and on, but I don't feel this is recency bias and the AMOUNT of music he's composed is staggering. It's not one note either.
