There's probably a world where the embalmer holds off on embalming the dancer and instead waits for the coord to take kite to embalm her, coord coffins, then the merc eats the detention hit since he was at full hp and they get a 4 escape

honestly i think aka's alva match is one of my favorite of his matches. im a big aka fan but watching him slug live was so painful yet so funny. imo he's one of, if not, the best alvas in the world but i was still yelling "WHAT ARE YOU COOKING??" at the screen XD

Yeah in 39:52 the thing about hermits balls is that when you shoot them at higher surface they usually comes down there are exceptions to this but that’s usually the case very handy trick to learn

I rarely play Alva for this reason, but I think the range of his stuns is fair given that you actually have no idea where you're throwing them when you play him. There are no crosshairs or any indication as to where they will go, you just have to build up a good gauge for where it... should... land via playing him enough, but that still obviously isn't the easiest thing to do as even pro hunters miss these stuns a lot, especially when the survivors move especially erratic, haha.

Ok that hermit match with prospector and dancer ticked me OFF so bad you have no idea, it’s tournament. !!! You know once both are down and used up self heal and you KNOW SHE IS NOT GETTING UP- CHAIR!!! You got the 4k like what was that! It’s so [[loud ranting for 20 minutes]]!!! Anyway intense matches a;l around. I feel so bad for some of the magicians kites. I wish he got a smidge of a buff. Also my 3rd eye opened when I heard about A HELLS EMBER BUFF???? Maybe I forgo survivor rank and go back to hunter rank 👀

The day youtube stops auto-play if you have a comment draft is the day I can REST IN PEACE. I'm so tired of this...... I don't remember everything I wrote but irt Ivy - I really like her unique mechanic personally, and I hope that she'll get adjusted instead of outright nerfed. Her full presence deserves a nerf, but she should still get to be strong in end-game imo. Watching these honestly reminds me a bit of when Breaking Wheel was somewhat meta (i.e. before flywheel). When unless you were a stunner or someone with mobility, you couldn't really do much against their full presence + snap either. (tho it's funny that both them and Ivy are countered by elevation lol) I hope they don't give her a switch cooldown tho, I really enjoy that she can be used so freely irt that.

last match couldve been a 4 man if dancer escaped earlier instead of healing her, the embalmer coffin would reset and since he had another one, he couldve embalmed coord if he saw her in any point in the match
