i bought a pre-con in barrie in november of 2020, firm occupancy date is early july, hope i wont have to pay too much in interim occupancy

We did with our unit, but it depends on the builder. You need to check.

Would it be better to buy a pre con on a higher floor then ? To avoid that “ rent “ you might have to pay for your unit being finished but not the building being finished ? 🤔

I’m on the fence for a project in Hamilton that has 30% premium and closes in 2027. With the chances of market cooling increasing day by day im on the fence.
