This randomly popped up on my feed and I just wanted to say thank you for your videos I already really appreciate them. I have a family to protect if society as we know it fails and these videos will definitely help me and my family with future survival if it that does ever happens.
I mean, interesting, but I don't get why people practice these drills in the open like that, and for half the exercises they're so crowded together I'd imagine that it's just asking for an accident, or a grenade from the theoretical targets they're dumping rounds at (can anyone say "double kill"?). I love training that is, really, tactical. But even to my untrained eye this looks like bad tactics
Good basic 2 man maneuver. This should be absolute muscle memory.... hard to take a large force beyond what 2 men can handle, IE: POUR!! lead downrange and run like hell!!!!! Lol. Not to mention a good way to get used to your secondary rifleman.
This is Force Multiplication. 2 guys with guns is just 2 guys with guns. A Fireteam that trains together like this is roughly 4 times as effective as either one alone, because they cover each-other's movements, blind spots, et-cetera. This is why Snipers have Spotters. Looking down the sites narrows your focus to the target, so it really helps to have someone watch your peripheries, so you can focus on the target. (The field of view of a rifle scope is even narrower.)
Unless you have resupply from us military or have endless mag supply dropping mags is a quick way to end up with a useless stick of steel. Ask sf guys from the famed black hawk down event. On resupply they were given rounds on stripper clips-whoops! Everything is spot on with exception of that one item. True team work and communication.
Awesome video! Definitely informative and I love how it breaks things down barney style while rein stilling the importance of safety during these drills.
Former MARSOC, after the world started looking like it was going to shit my wife said she wanted to be able to fight at my level, after a year of training we move like we're one person. We always had that kinda connection, but after training it's almost spooky
nice to see this is still a practical tactic. I learned it years ago in german army... still interesting video! love it - and the dark carmo looks damn good!
The German army does this?? Fuck, you guys are lucky. I was train to react on contact drills. I never received training for Peeling or even the Cover drill. Then again, my training was rushed so I got almost no training in either Hand to hand or even House Clearing. Total FUBAR
Multicam Black, already in catalog forever. Not only a few and so there are never carvings. We want to buy it, we want more quantity so that there is no lack, that for some time now there have not been sizes and we have to wait. That is not worthy! .
Lunatic Ironclad haters jealous of there training/shooting range set up hahaha because I am super jealous. !! Wish I could line up like this with one of my buddies at a range with my SBR and start throwing rounds at any piece of paper or cardboard moving in the wind !!! Fuck this, time to hit the range and test out the new BCM 11.5 upper
Why not? Too much pathos, which makes this look quite bullshit'ish or game-like. Besides standing up in an open field seems dubious. Why would one present a bigger target?
This is a very basic course meant to teach fundamentals ... let's not get carried away here lol ... but ligit or not ... will work for airsoft and mag fed paintball
The idea is to supress the enemy with constant fire so they can't just keep taking accurate fire. A target actively shooting at them that second is going to be harder to hit than one that is currently distracted with rifle issues. Instead of one harder to shoot at target and one that is open to engage, you combine into a single target that is hard to hit via returning fire. The best defense in modern firefights is killing the enemy. It is more difficult to get an accurate shot on a target if that target is also attempting to shoot you back.
Make sure you trust said partner especially the cover partner with cover fire one standing in front of a man getting his gun to work make sure they barrel is faced in a safe spot. Even if not chambered yet
in visioning the the threat and adapting to the scenario of SHTF gives us the opportunity to work out the problem details in a less stressful situation like fibsa. truly thankful for the video and remember gun carriers EVERYTIME YOU PICK UP YOUR GUN TO TRAIN YOU MUST FIRST OPEN YOUR MIND... train to survive skills require drills!
This video is fucking awesome ! All the negativity is so dumb! Because everyone of you would have a blast practicing like this with one of your buddies ! But instead your at aN indoor range with your plate carriers on and your mag pouches practicing shooting drills
Great video...I remember dropping a mag while trying to reload running towards the enemy in a fierce firefight, rookie mistake....😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😸😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹
1:31 God this part is always morbid, can you imagine a fucked situation where you are being shot at with zero cover nearby and your gun jams. Your mate needs balls to literally stand in the line of fire while you scramble to remove a jammed cartridge.
So the all black againat snow is just for the video, realistically it would be white with specs of naturally occuring colors through out on the camo, in fire team tactics you wont always have cover but you may have concealment, and the effectiveness of you camo to your environmental situations matter cus this can make it harder for enemy forces to place shots on you, they may see the gun flash but this means you could be on the left or right of that flash, and taking rounds to a plate carrier is fine, so.. in realilty theese would be much more effective then what some may lead you to believe.
Not a fan of the shoot while walking mindset. Can’t hit shit like that and the supposed trade off that you’d be harder to hit is bs because you’re not only standing but moving too slow.
One question, what is the benefit of standing still while your buddy is reloading and you're caught in the open? I get that it covers him, but wouldn't it be more advantageous to stay on the move towards cover, or just creating distance?
Nate4Life01 i think because its harder to hit targets when your constantly moving. that why they also have that staggered static. thats my theory anyway.
yeah i was wondering the same thing. You're basically putting your safety before his. You have the same armor and protective gear on. Definitely putting the team first with this
To give you the correct answer, imagine 2 men standing still next to eachother out in the open. Pretty easy to hit right? Basically what you do is not to put your safety before his but you simply try and become a smaller target.
Okyyyyyy...As a former 82nd Recon/Sniper...do not do this!!!...Always spread out...1 explosive will take out a team...or 1 bullet can take out 2 guys...MAKE SURE!, UFPro your teaching the right Combat Skills.
UF PRO you vids get people very judgmental, guess your doing a good job. ! Keep it up! There Awesome ! The same people judging your tactics are sitting on a couch being extremely jealous of your training courses !! Because I am jealous as fuck!
A lot of this looks like good advice, but... using your partner's body as cover while you reload/clear malfunctions? All that does is reduce the number of targets for the badguys to shoot at.
