The 130 Stars TAS is from a Super Mario 64 Rom Hack called "The Green Stars." I watched this Speedrun because there is a LOT of interesting tricks and skips that you can't find within the regular 120 Star TAS. Hope you enjoy watching the insane level skips found within this Speedrun!

6:10 That technique is called an Eru post. You can't really see it, but Mario is doing tiny circles in the air around the center of the post.

4:20 gonna guess that the initial (forward) long jump's speed is cancelled by a ceiling collision, then they change angle and begin long jumping backwards.

One thing I know (roughly) about how movement is calculated is Mario's position between each frame is divided into 4 sub-steps, and if any one of those steps place Mario inside something he isn't supposed to be in then Mario won't move until he is no longer in an invalid position.

This game takes place between 64 and 3DS of Super Mario 64. 120 stars, 130 stars, 150 stars. Has to be one between those to have that 140.
