that lagging girl wasnt really lagging she was tabbing by clicking the whitebar on top of the screen (not full screen) tabbing freeze the player's avatar, making her float in the air like that you can clearly see that her M1s weren't delayed, which is a common sign of lagging. only when she got caught into a combo that she would 'intentionally' stop moving in the middle of the air
