I recently learned from another floral expert that gin works too! And only for paperwhites, not any other bulbs. Vodka or gin... great to know that either will work!

Hi Leeann can this pro technique be used to stunt all flowering plants or special kind only. Please advice. Thanks

That's an excellent question, Amber! We know it works with paperwhites, but haven't tried it on other plants yet. Experimenting is a great way to see if it works if you have the time and inclination to do so. You could also check with a garden center to see what they recommend as well. Thanks so much for watching our show today and please know that we appreciate your presence on our channel. Wishing you a lovely week with flowers galore surrounding you!

Oh, fully hydrated foliage...great idea. But I didn't know that vodka can be used with water to do that. Thanks for the tip @FlowerSchool

Thanks so much! I wonder if narcissus have a brand preference ☺️ I like Skyr... p.s. I wonder if anyone else is thinking that humans “may tip over and get unruly” from the wrong ratio of vodka to water.

That's so funny, Mauna! Thank you for sharing that. Not sure if the paperwhites have a personal favorite in terms of brand, but we do know if works. Wishing you all the best for the New Year and we are so glad you took time to watch our show!
