Abzan had burley made a impact to call it worthy of being compared to Jund, which all should know has the best removal in the game. Red:Artifacts, haste creatures, burn spells;Green:Artifacts, enchanments, mana ramp, bug creatures;Black: Best creature removal, life drain occasionally.
Nobody gonna point out that when we went over to peek in on Jon-vs-Jon, Finkle sacrifices a bloodstained more and places a smoldering Marsh onto the battlefield from his hand?
So after 33:00. the fat guy brings back Sidisi. And I think he forces the morphed Den Protector to go back to the owner's hand. But the owner was able to still morph Den Protector? I don't get the ordering. And how did the fat guy lose the second game? It was like 22 to 1.
+Fimontronia Calcano could only do damage with his Cutthroat's because of Takimura's blockers. He swung with and lost his last Cutthroat and therefore had no way of doing that last point of damage while Takamura's board was able to overpower him. As for the interaction, since morph can be done at instant speed Takimura did it in response to the Sadisi's casting. Therefore he was able to get the morph effect before it ever entered the battlefield. After the Protector's effect resolved, however, the Sadisi's entered the battlefield and popped it back into Takimura's hand.
Calcano ruined a win game two, had he 0’d the Liliana for the Hangerback instead of the Sultai Emissary Kazuyuki would’ve been at 5 then when the Cutthroat died Kazuyuki would’ve been at 3 meaning Calcano gets to his turn again then 0’s Liliana again putting Kazuyuki at 2 and he could’ve just swung for game. No matter what Kazuyuki would’ve been dead. Christian totally botched that game in the end, it was 100% his game and he dropped the ball BADLY. What is this, Pro Tour Chicago 1999 with people having the game all to themselves and them then making the most unforgivable mistakes to cost themselves lol?
lol what are these guys talking about? I've played games with three and four cutthroats out. its extremely annoying to deal with, especially when it happens often.
So how did he get to bounce the thopter at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-y2ghwPccHdQ.htmlm58s ? What did he use to exploit Sidisi's Faithful? I didn't see any creature getting sac'd or did I miss something?
is it just me; or are they all really unusual with their hand movements.. why the constant shuffle over the same 6 cards youve already whipped through 5 times? are they all just sorta OCD?
+Andrew Taylor Pogs isn't really a game of skill. Magic isn't like trumps, it's like chess where there is constant change. Planning and maneuvering is required to be successful. It's not a game of straight luck or minimal strategy.
Why are opponents picking up the deck to cut? That should be highly illegal. Cut any way you want as long as cards are face down on the table. You can cut the deck in multiple ways without ever picking up the entire deck off the table. Picking up the cards with possibility of looking at them, and shuffling as if cutting is not cutting. It's practically cheating.
+Fimontronia I understand your concern but shuffling the opponent's deck is pretty legal, most pro tour players look sideways while shuffling (both decks) and I think that's a fine piece of sportsmanship.
It's probably finer if you just don't pick up somebody else's deck, start doing that. It has happened to me in casual play, and it's rude to do that even if not cheating. Then it makes the player want to cut his own deck.
+Joseph Masko If we really want to feel special we should say "last" because at the time it's always true then everyone can be included and no one will ever want to read the comments section again!
