It does seem Kenji drafted a pretty sweet deck, and, as said in the description, he 3-0'd with. It bothers me, though, that we didn't actually get to see it in action. I would have liked to see the peices of this deck work as Kenji earns that 3-0.
The blue markings are to make sure nobody cheats, and to mark which cards are in this specific draft table. They draft the 40+ cards for their respective decks, and will then be provided basic lands, so they construct a deck with 23'ish spells, and 17'ish lands, the numbers vary depending on your mana-curve etc, but this is the norm.
can some 1 teach me how to draft ??? is it like 1 ppl got 3 packs but open once and choose 1 card you want after open all booster then use those card to make a deck ??
So, the basics are like this: 8 players sit around a table, they each have 3 booster packs. Everyone opens 1 pack, picks 1 card out of it, and passes the rest to the left, this gives everyone a pack minus one card, this is repeated until the first booster is empty. After this, booster 2 is opened, each player takes a card, then passes it to the RIGHT, this process is repeated until the booster is empty. Booster 3 is then opened, and passed to the left again. +Cody Flint Search Warrant is a bad card. Life gain is on an instant card is almost never picked by pros. You want cards that either stay in play or can effect an opponent in some way.
Why did they get so exited about Voidweilder? A bounce for 5 mana? OK, sure, we don't have the 3 mana ones anymore, but still.. I really can't see the excitement.
i dont understand why that guy didnt take sphinx's revelation Pack 1 pick 1 >.< azorius charm is pretty good in limited, but imo its a bit overrated, still sweet as hell though
His deck won't use it but its still a great card, so he figures if he has it, someone who is in fact running a red or black deck wont be able to use it
