Be honest brothers, how many of you think that after the allegations on Mr. Khamba, most of the comedians alienated him? Thanks a lot, Danny Sir for bringing him into the foray again. Lemons and Peaches is a really well-written material. Please attend when it is out.

Hi Daniel. Absolutely loving this podcast. Had to take a moment to pause and thank you for putting it out. Lost a friend to cancer a couple of months ago whom I would have similar conversations with. Haven't been able to completely deal with that just yet, but the podcast reminds me of good times and has been therapeutic in a lot of ways

This brought back so many memories! I still have my 90-odd WWF postcard collection. We also used to have this exchange of the 'rare' postcards in the neighbourhood, sometimes even 2 for 1 postcards. Good times! Thanks for these podcasts, Dan!

Daniel Bryan had a meta storyline basically WWE never wanted to push him and he was held down but he was recognised and loved by the fans so they cheered for him and wanted him at the top....when WWE choose Roman instead of Daniel the crowd booed him ruthlessly even when WWE brought The Rock to make people cheer Roman they booed them both hard and WWE had to push Daniel Bryan and he won the main event of Wrestlemania....it was like a real story of an underdog beating the odds and winning it was really awesome, when he won people cheered hard as hell he was a bonafide hero that day

As a fan of pro wrestling myself, this was amazing to watch. First match i saw was edge vs some guy i don't remember in smackdown. That was early 2000s. Undertaker vs hhh with hbk as referee at wrestlemania inside hell in a cell is still my favourite match. I still remember when undertaker kicked out at two and half after taking superkick out of nowhere which transitioned into a pedigree. That match was truly an end of an era match! And that guy who does the swing on his opponents is cesaro. Calls it the cesaro swing. And yes Rock for president. With stone cold as his vice. If ya smellllll.....

I've just started to realise how ahead the rest of the country was back in the 80s-90s from the NE I grew up in Gauhati and remember the first time I ever watched anything like WWE on TV was in the next decade and I (luckily) come from a relatively better off family here. We didn't have cable TV for many many years. Cinema halls were THE place to go.

Khamba was the producer of AIB's last movie, Chintu ka birthday. I saw him at the limited preview screening of the movie in Bombay with the crew. Also, he directed a webseries (Ministry) for AIB which was earlier supposed to star Irfan Khan.

Few of the after show activities was way cooler in attitude era which were never telivised. One which i love the most is when stone cold stunned tripple h after offering him bear.And they both repeated this multiple times and each time tripple H will get fooled by Austin to accept the bear.

For conversation around min 4. its factor of growing up as well, as we grow up we form stronger opinions in general towards the things we like and dislike, compared to when young, we are more in exploring phase. Also, as we grow up, your comedy and opinions mature also does the content viewers are looking for matures, it's like the railway paths coincide for a certain time while heading in different directions to different destinations

40:00 It was the 'Piledriver' that was botched by Owen Hart...Tombstone is a much safer version of the same. Piledriver got banned in WWE for other stars (except for couple of times like Cena vs Punk).

Slight correction in Montreal screwjob. Before every match they decide who is going to win and how. So, Vince assured Brett he will win his last match and leave as a champion. On the night, as you said Shawn locked in the sharp shooter and Vince forced to ring the bell and Brett lost the match. Also Shawn acted like he didn't knew what happened. But Shawn is notorious for back stage politics and it is rumoured Vince and Shawn collab in this screwjob. Now this was insulting for Brett bcoz he came from a family of wrestlers and it was his home town. Then the lock room drama happened as you narrated

Danny,Bret was actually going to drop the title on a house show.He declined to drop it on SS in his hometown of montreal to Shawn.

Try telling the same thing once a girl puts an allegation(via an anonymous social media post) on you after having something consensual. I appreciate girls coming out in open and talking about it showing their faces or atleast telling their names out. It shows credibility. The kind of pressure people and their family members goes through after such allegations cannot even be imagined. The guy and the whole AIB group have gone through enough shaming for nothing and they have lost something which they took years to build. Stop it and start empathizing!
